The calcium in the milk is supposed to help inhibit the uptake of zinc in the body. Although I'm not sure the of the efficacy of this since the zinc is being inhaled and not ingested.

Just get the AEM sensor. What's another $23 for a sensor that will probably last a few years and you already got a great price on the rest of the unit?

AEM uses a precalibrated sensor so you can't use the standard lsu sensor.

I've got a set from my TC. Came off the car with probably 40k kms on it.

The 87/88 TC's had a different bolt pattern on the flywheel than other 2.3's. Some aftermarket stuff is dual drilled, while others aren't. I had to get a flywheel specifically for a late TC when using...

Depends. The TC did have a different bolt pattern on the flywheel. Most aftermarket flywheels are dual drilled for all 2.3t's though.
