The stock injectors will not support that much power...about 280-300rwhp is the absolute max.

Super quick spool will cost you. You'll want to look into the new GT series turbos from Garrett.

Another easy way to get better spool up is the add a header. My 50 trim hybrid got full boost at 3600 or so on my SVO when I had a stock manifold, swapped to my header and now full boost is at 3000-3100 rpm.
