I was wondering if there is any problems using a head from a pinto that has the oval ports instead of the one with dports that my orginal head had. The reason for this is that I have a 86 tbird that has a crack in the head and a friend has a 2.3 pinto head that he is willing to part with... Any info would be great....

Yep it'll work. Do a search for oval port head. Lost of guys use 'em.
