I've had a 8UA installed in my 84 SVO for 6 years, and it runs great.
I purchased a PE and when I went to install it (swapping the pins back) my Fuel Pump Relay clicks and the pump run continuously.
I swap the 8UA back in, and the pumps prime as normal.
Other than checking PIN #22 (Relay ground), is there anything else to look into, or is the PE messed up.
