I did not. I'm hoping the depth of the sump will eliminate fuel starvation. Do you have any pictures or diagrams of what such a pick-up would look like? I have only dealt with stock style pick-ups so I'm curious what you have in mind.

I would set them up like an oilpump pick-up...

The way you have it, the bottom one won't pick up fuel as soon as the top one is uncovered.

The bottom is the pickup, the top is the return.

I ASSumed (perhaps wrongly) that the top fitting was for the "returning" fuel from the regulator. :dunno:

Thanks Ray!

I really don't know how much she'll weigh but I'm guessing she'll probably end up around 2700 lbs. I'll definitely be weighing her to set corner weights once she's on the road.
