1962 Ford Falcon Build Thread (sorta)

http://ironhydroxide.blogspot.com/2020/0...st-97.html

Finally got started on the interior. Got the headliner in, I'm ok with how it turned out. Not perfect, but for a first time DIY it's decent. After all, it's not a show car.

Hey that looks great !

How about doing mine, it's a 65 Falcon and I'm tired of getting fiberglass in my eyes LOL

Finally got complete carpet in the car! It's not so easy to put carpet in a car with a hacked up trans tunnel.

Can this site handle TWO 1962 Falcon Builds.  I just picked this beauty up.  I'm doing the AJE Colt65 K member to convert the front to Fox body suspension.

I love these cars and you've done some cool stuff to yours!

Building (notso) cheap turbo Lima power!  450 HP or bust!

Don't worry, the site should be able to handle it since I've moved to a 5.0.
Good luck though, I love to look of these old granny cars!

I am huge fan of such stories, can't wait to see how it ends. I used to watch a Youtube channel with a guy who bought wrecked cars from https://www.scrapi.com/scrap-my-car-liverpool, refurbish and then resell them. It's something similar to Pimp my ride with xzibit on MTV only that it's more realistic. Plus I heard that the cars they made on Pimp my ride weren't very practical and were made to only impress. As far as I know the only functional parts of the cars were the sound systems.
