Anyone install the MM k member on their Foxbody? Have some questions.

Jim, I'm very sorry, my memory did not serve correct.
I just double checked and looked up the original order.
They were zero offset control arms. MM part #MMFCA-2
But again, with the MM K member.
Again, sorry, memory didn't serve me well this time, but glad I checked.
Maybe that'll still help your research....

yeah the MM k member's LCA mounting points are moved out a little. I want to say about 1/2" but I may be wrong. You may have better luck calling MM directly. I bet they'll know for sure and how much (to the thousandth most likely). I've got OEM 98 Cobra 17x8's with 275/40/17's on my '92 and it's VERY tight, rubs a little even on the inside lip. MM K-member and reverse offset LCA's using 96 spindles. I don't remember what the wheel offset is on the OE Cobra's.

I called & spoke with Jack at MM about it before I ordered my stuff and he had the knowledge memorized; probably worth calling about it.

I know this is an old thread, but I second talking to Jack. He is extremely knowledgable and patient, even with a guy like me who has a ton of questions and tends to ask them before realizing the answer is quite obvious. Though us 2.3 guys are rare, he still worked with me to set up the right spring rates while the rest of the shop told me to get a 5.0 and aluminum heads to match the weight of a 2.3.

My tires did rub the front fenders, but then I am running Saleen Basketweaves with 245/50/16s and moved my front wheels 3/4inch forward with the neutral lower control arms. They give you instructions on how to modify the front fenders for clearance and it is honestly just the fibreglass lower in front of the wheel that needs to be cut with a little bending of the fender lip. Mind you, my car is an LX not an SVO.

I also brought the car down 1-7/8s of an inch which makes the 96-04 spindles the better choice. I went with 04 spindle for ease of 04 brake usage as the earlier require a little grinding for clearance. 94-95 spindles are best for keeping stock height.

I can go further but anything more technical you should get from Jack not some dude on a forum.
