Guys I hate to come into a converstation late and dumb. But, since I could really use a good boost controller. For a poor person who can't afford the 4 to 500 cost of these controllers, what do you recommend that is better then the DIY and not on the high cost list?

turbo xs high performance dual stage..its what i would be using if i didnt have a turboxs quad stage.

BTW think i am going to stay with my quad stage for the time being. changing how i have it wired and going to add a hobbs switch to open all the stages till the turbo spools to the lowest stage(its a bleed style boost controller)

i do want to see if i can swap out the first MBC in it to a high performance style one with a ball and spring

Ball and spring, then use your right foot accordingly.
