Well here it is! It has finally made it into my shop. Couldnt wait to throw some fenders on it to see what it looks like as a truck again.

Very excited to start all the body mods to the cab next and get rolling chassis ready for ladder bars and 10pt cage.

Got an update from Tim O. on my head and things are looking good so far.
This is the flow numbers showing the base line and current mods before the intake runners being worked on. This shows gains from valve job,chamber work and short turns reshaped.

As you can see we are already in the 245cfm @ .600 with much work left to do.
Here is the beginning of the reshaped intake runners..testing to follow.

Nice flow #s! Maybe I missed it but what are the plans for an intake?

Well Tim had started to build an intake for Dave Flanders a while ago and it was aborted when Dave changed his mind about EFI and it was shelved. Tim would like to finish the intake and try some of his ideas so I think we are going to try it on my motor.

The intake runners are being reshaped to as symmetrical as possible and here is the start of the intake flange

Thanks guys,I hope it works out as planned.
Took the Reactor plate and had to open up the center hole a touch to get the right fit over the crank and we drilled it out to match my 7/16 bolts and the 3/8 dowel pin.

Got my Treadstone front mount and some of their cast elbows. I plan to cut off the straight ends on the tanks and weld on the 90s once I figure out what final orientation will work best. This will fit the core support better and Id rather have a aluminum 90 over silicone 90s.

Got the original bed off the chassis and Im ready to start pulling everything off the to get down to the bare rails in prep for the new ladder bar suspension. Shame to rip all this brand new stuff off! Even the 7.5 is all brand new drum to drum.
