The fuel injectors, the ignition coil and the air bypass valve should have 12 volt power connected to them. They are all coils of wire with low electrical resistance. You should see 12 volts on both sides of the coils when they are not being actuated. The Electronic Engine Computer will ground one side of the coil to activate the actuator. When being actuated one side of the coil will be grounded.

The air flow meter may have a wiring issue.
