Heat control valve

OK I took the blower box apart and I found a nest!  It  was plugging up everything including the little hose that goes up to the thermistor sensor that tells the EATC Climate Control the air temp.  I cleaned it all out and the heat is working properly again.

I keep thinking about selling the car, but it is just so reliable (usually) and comfortable.  Plus I only paid $1K for it in 2001.

NICE ~ It looks like a fun car! Rats and mice can cause LOTS of probs - not the least of which is chewed harness wiring (they seem to like the taste of vinyl insulation) and fiberglass underhood insulation. I'm glad you got it figured out. <thumbup>
