1. I have installed a master disconnect switch. The power to the EEC pin #1 is on this switch such that when off no power. Should I rewire such that pin 1 always has power regardless of disconnect switch. To get KAM alive
2. Does the premium fuel switch pin 24 only change timing? TBL012 is spark premium ignition
3. Looking for Injector parameters such as low slope and high slope etc. But only finding SCL091 Inj Offset and SCL092 Inj size. Is this all there is for injectors?
4. Pin 31 is Boost Control to the boost solenoid which vents wastegate signal. All I found is SCL048 Minimum Cylinder Air Charge to enable. I was expecting a PSI number

1) The Keep Alive Memory voltage (pin #1) is not very important. The only thing that the LA3 KAM remembers is continuous self test codes.
2) The Low Octane Fuel switch (pin #24) changes base spark timing, knock control and also turbo wastegate control. I have not seen the premium fuel spark table called TBL012 before. The (premium fuel) spark table location is (2C8C hex). The (low octane fuel) spark table location is (2D47 hex).
3) Yes, LA3 has only injector size and injector offset. The LA3 strategy was designed before there was low slope and high slope for the fuel injectors. Fuel injector slope (#/sec) (3178 hex) and Fuel injector offset (seconds) (317A hex) determine the fuel injector on time (seconds) from cylinder air charge (#/cylinder).
4) Air flow is measured by the Vane Air Meter (#/min) and boost pressure is not measured at all. The boost control is complicated. I have never tried to calibrate the boost control. The boost control (pin #31) is based on cylinder air charge (#/cylinder) and not boost pressure. I don't think there is a parameter that is the minimum cylinder air charge to enable boost control. There are 4 tables for boost control. 1) desired cylinder air charge - knocking (2B06 hex), 2) desired cylinder air charge - not knocking (2B69 hex), 3) Waste gate gain for engine speed changes (2BCC hex), 4) Waste gate gain for cylinder air charge changes (2BE5 hex). There are also many functions to calibrate and many scalars to calibrate.
Thanks. I'm using Binary Editor which is where I got the table number from.
Is there somewhere that I can get the Binary Editor file that tells you where the calibratable parameters are located in the LA3 ?
My TBL002 has X Axis as FN1125 Scaler for RPM and Y Axis as FN1424Scaler for DELTA RPM Ave. The FN1424 is only used on the TBL002. Whereas the FN1125 is used in CL for HEGO stuff. Seems that most advance occurs between sweet spot of 300 to 400. Im trying to find where the TBL002 is added to what spark table

TBL002 (2E02 hex) engine acceleration based spark adder is added to either the low octane fuel table TBL013 (2D47 hex) or the premium fuel table TBL012 (2C8C hex).
This occurs at both Part Throttle and at Wide Open Throttle.
None of these tables are used at closed throttle.
