Picking the Right Harness

I've got three harnesses, and I'm not sure which to use.

88 TurboCoupe (I'm told to avoid this, because of all of the extra garbage on the harness.)

85 Merkur 

93 Mustang EFI (Non Turbo) Harness

The motor is out of the 93 mustang.

Which would be the most pain free to use, on a turbo setup built off the 93 2.3L?

Engine is going in an 87 Ranger that was originally 2.0 Carb.

If using a distributor, the Merkur one. If using the 93's DIS (dual plug) setup then the 93 Mustang one.
