Standalone ECM recomendations to only run engine
#1

I been building things for years. I am new to modifying the 2.3 so here I am.

Lets start off with what I have.
1988 2.3T 5 speed stock that has been sitting after a caliper went bad and the previous owner parked it. I grabbed it last week and will be tearing it apart soon.

1991 geo metro convertable(slightly modified) that I can't find parts for anymore and frankly could use bit more power

I want to cut the Thunderbird down to the subframe, shock towers, suspension, brakes, and drive train take a few inches out of the middle then put the metro body on top throw some Wide flares on it and some other body work and make a 2000ishlb 200hp top less door less side by side.

Yes its nuts welcome to my world.

I just need to run the engine here. The rest of the electrical is just basic stuff.

So there you go I am looking recommendations for
A NEW plug and play harness that just runs the engine
Fueled by e85(this is important to me)
A ecm with mild tuneablity
Common to find replacment parts
Under $3000 including injectors, fuel pump, harness, etc(that 3k is a target that I feel is respectable)

The biggest thing here is I want this to be plug and play. I give the company money, and they send me a box with instructions and everything I need to run the engine and slightly tune it. If I get more then great but I am really just looking for stock replacement stuff here and to drive this on the street on sunny days etc.

If I need to change the distributor that's simple enough. But if a few holes need to be made for a trigger then yea that's good also.

What I want is stupid simple(fast) and stock reliable when its done.

I don't want to be running the old harness, or repining a old box, or wondering where that one ground wire is that I cut through when the dash came out that has me sitting a few states from home.

I shot through a few threads before this so I cut out most of the BS getting right to the point.

Knowing the above what recommendations do you experienced guys recommend I go with? I dont care about brands but I want the company to be around in 5 years also.
