My '84 has a pretty loud rattle in the rear, and upon inspection, the slider bushings are gone. I am assuming this is the rattling noise I'm hearing. If I pull the E-brake handle slightly, the noise goes away.
Question is, where on earth do I find the bushings/boots whatever you call them? The pins look fine. I've tried every parts house around and they just want to sell me a pair of calipers, and at $75/each (cheapest I've found) I believe changing the bushings would be a bit cheaper. Besides, the calipers themselves look great, both inside and out. It just sat for a few years and the rubber slider bushings are shot.
